SMI is now MGL. Pretty common back door listing rather than IPO. All the existing SMI stuff likely to be sold.
What would erk me about paying 20c is no escrow period. Does not show faith that all MGL holders are interested in the long haul. Wait and see post placement and consolidation to see if it quickly trades at a discount before finding its feet imo.
