You can access the Bearn app by using a US VPN, and creating a new Google Playstore account with the VPN on. It will automatically select your default region as the US, and then you can search Bearn and it'll come up. I'm currently in China and it's actually been working and racking up money for me. I had problems connecting to Samsung Health, but they just added an option to connect to Google Fit and that's been working a treat. The body fat function is cool too.
I believe Bearn has other avenues of downloads other than just Google playstore and Appstore, it should be getting quite a fair few downloads already from what I've heard
