Yes it does seem that whining about what is going on is not achieving much. Though I'd still like ASIC to have a long hard look at the actions of the Directors over the last 6 months.
At this point my biggest interest is in the upcoming asset sale. I have thought over the last few months that the company should have gone into voluntary adiministration or wound itself up when it ceased havinh ongoing viability. I will be doing the obvious sums when the assets are sold to workout what if any money would have been returned to the shareholders as a result of the sale of these assets. And if I find that the sales would have returned a few cents per share to holders rather than the miserable valuation that we are likely to see after consolidation and dilution (if it ever gets requoted) then I am going to be really unhappy with what was done.
