Hi @retiredyoung, The problem is not that the transactions are fraudulent and therefore there is something for ISX to see, it is the processes that the ISX customer goes through to get the transactions to transact that are fraudulent - i.e. telephoning and convincing people to buy, fraudulently advertising online (on Hot Copper?) that amazing profits are to be gained.

In my opinion, it is the telephone companies that should ensure that external parties cannot pick up an unused mobile or landline number in order for a call to look like a local call, and sites like hot copper who should ensure that advertising on its site is not fraudulent.

Furthermore, until a company's licence is removed by the proper authority, someone (ISX) should be monitoring their transactions in case the company itself tries to move those profits by AMS/CTF.
