Can anyone explain why, in this announcement, that on the 3/09/2020 they buy 2,453,617 shares but every chart I see says volume that day was 179,823?

This is how are traders are miss-lead.
They seem to have bought 4.5 million shares, but they do not show up in volume on the chart.
