yes..... by buying the rights to execute at a later date, it essentially cost you the premium at the cost of rights then it cost you 1c per security to exercise them on-top, so by your example it will cost you 1.3c per security DCA (dollar cost average) or $13k for a million securities, upon completion of the offer
