All gloom and risk- no upside potential for the Board, apparently, even though the expert report several times concedes that SPO has some good prospects after the covid slump. Valuation at least 20 to 30 cents too low. Errors in expert report. I'm very tempted to apply to court to block CA for my shares, but process is hard and very expensive if you lose. Amazing that Coltrane accepted such a lousy price.
