As I would understand the JV on E29/638 WSA have a 25% interest in whatever is mined within E29/638.The issue becomes what happens if to make a decision to mine on E29/638 stack up, more resources from outside E29/638 are required.If I were SGQ I would be wanting to make the areas outside WSA's interest be seen to stand alone as a resource.The problem being they are setting themselves up to be taken over.At the moment all the big players are tying up the Juniors with promise with jv earn ins with corresponding share placements.I believe they will all pounce when they see a proven resource.
