The company is undergoing Ch 11 proceedings in the US, the outcome is likely to be similar to a Deed of Company Arrangement imho. There are two secured lenders seeking control of the company after the proceedings are complete, however both presently provide for no return to existing shareholders. Still, you never know until it's over and unfortunately it means you have to wait.
