ABC actually ran at least one story in the last few weeks, trotting out a number of financially challenged people who had had their lives ruined by getting into BNPL arrangements for solar panels. There are always going to be a few like that, but on the other hand there are thousands of others who have access to the technology who wouldn’t have without BNPL.
