You know that MESO/MSB was in a trading halt during the ODAC meeting and as soon as the meeting was over (which resulted in a 9-1 vote in favour) and an announcement was made MSB/MESO went up around 50%.
The SP tanked when the FDA released the breifing documents a few days before the meeting which was largely misinterpreted by many investors who haven't got an understanding of the process.
