I agree entirely.
Brokers’ valuations are much higher than $15.00.
Debt refinance risks are gone for the next 2 years which will eliminate short term problems arising.
Major dumping is already underway.
Markets worldwide are in danger but we are expecting Obama’s Stimulus package to arrive in coming days, which will boost confidence into the world markets.
Buyers shouldn’t get too convinced in expecting a price lower than $15.00.
