Alan...same for S.A. The last 2 terms of the rann govt has been all promises but not much action,plenty of spin though and chest puffing out. Record amounts of stamp duties recd from the housing boom and nothing to show for it especially with public hospitals still a disgrace. Howard didn't pressure the states to fix their health system and neither will Rudd . Rudd says he will but it's all talk. The states will want more handouts first and even then,the money will possibly go to other things. I wonder how the system would work if everything was run or controlled by the fed govt.
