Mozart56, the issue of any options will of course dilute ordinary shares and many resources companies tend to issue options as reward systems for staff. These measures would have been notified and passed at AGMs so its already factored in. But as far as Brockman the company is concerned it outlayed nothing and will eventually receive $500000 from WR when and if he sells his shares (provided they are sold for at least 50c). Hopefully he wont sell them as a sign of confidence in the company.
