nice article, but imo the company really needs those extra percentages to send this to the next level ; an extra 10% to take company ownership to 75% would be an absolute milestone , which will have mighty psychological bearings.
The extra percentages basically kicks the passenger seat occupant out of the front of the vehicle and into the back. It means less entities to deal with and also beef bicep leverage in funding.
Should Nigel manage to soak up those extra percentages; I think things will escalate very quickly. Those extra percentages will provide fantastic breathing space as well as leaving the Chinese feeling like stunned mullets
75% is the magic number imo
