Selling the story is certainly an important part of the business and communicating milestones a must....Even a legality. It certainly wasn't logical to hit the bid like they did if maximising profit was the aim. It was threatening to break out which would've dragged in more volume so why do it and whom stood to benefit? I generally don't subscribe to such theories but in this case, it's barely above shell value, currently carrying out or possibly completed EM's, has an additional 5 high priority, half government funded targets and cashed up so it appears completely orchestrated to me.
