Why should traders from Stake.com or IG move to SWF for US Trading, page-3

I thought with STAKE you don't actually own the shares in the company?

E.g. if the company on the US pays dividends even if you bought using STAKE you would NOT be entitled to that dividend?

I think with Selfwealth you actually own the company and get entitled to dividends paid and such, someone correct me if I am wrong.

This is why I do not use STAKE.
