This is highly theoretical. No one uses products like Afterpay with the intention of incurring late fees, especially since there is evidence that Afterpay's demographic are budget-savy with average incomes than non-Afterpay users.
Never underestimate the stupidity of people. I doubt that even 1% read the T&Cs
