Can't drill, assay samples, update resources, work out recoveries, perform underground development, etc, etc without capital. Better to do raise at these levels than 10 cents. Pretty common for a flow of positive results/news and then a CR. I suspect the need for a CR may have held the share price back. A bit of pain now and off she goes IMHO.
