They had better be very careful about corporate governance and fiduciary responsibility from now on.
Not to mention anything that might be perceived as price manipulation. Like for instance a new acquisition paid for with a heavily discounted raise by insiders.

Get the share price up and make sure if you do not report deals you can explain yourself to the asx and asic.
