Personally I think existing shareholders should have a good read of the new prospectus, then have a read of similar prospectuses that are out there just for comparison, for example like the Mirimar one here...

I do NOT recommend either, it is just for comparison purposes..

Both prospectuses hope to raise a minimum of $5m of 20c shares, both are going to be gold explorers, so a neat comparison.

There are now comments on the PF1 threads as that is the company's new name.
