I am not even going to bother covering all or parts of your e-mail. All I am going to say is if you dont like the deal struck by ECT, just ring up the company and offer an alternative!
In other words put your money where your mouth is. I am all for ECT survival and not interested in ramping the SP. You will have a choice to either participate or not in the SPP, same as me, so its totally upto u on what you decide to do.
The rest is just winging on your behalf and offers nothing constructive.
