I can't figure it out as the information is super light on... typical ANW shadow games.

It seems that Bizelle partners are doing the raise and were paid with a CN.... a total of 150K, which as about right. It seems they've converted there note.....

This BOD hand out shares like candy.... so thats another 150 million shares on the register.

Current total SOI: 3,368,662,953
+ what ever lind have left (although they intend to pay the debt)
+ 3,000,000,000 from the raise (assuming it gets filled, not likely based on comments and not underwriting)
resulting in

6,368,662,953 SOI...... MC @ 1c = 63 Million!!!!! wow! never going to get there.
