Not to mention we are seen as Tech which has had a hammering in the US. hence sentiment.
I've said this before that this stock isn't necessarily about subscriptions but more about the data it's collecting. It's particularly valuable to many companies if they know who maybe considering buying or selling... especially the us which had 6 million homes sold in 2019, that's a lot of boxes, logistics, energy providers, telcos and the list goes on...
