Yep the lenders could do all of the above and then do what they did to CNP....dilute the heck out of ordinary shareholders with a D2E swap within CER....
But this would be a two edged sword as they would be diluting the heck out of themselves too already in effect owning 90.1% of CNP's share in CER....
