Petro22 posted the following earlier today:

"Dargie, in light of BBI's recent partial sales of Powerco and Euroports at prices above book value, could you please elaborate on you're comment "It's nice to get an update, but it does not look like they are close to achieving any asset sales".

I'm not trying to be a smart ar@e here... I respect and appreciate your posts in general on this thread, but you appear to completely ignore BBI's recent track record of success in selling assets".

I WOULD LIKE TO POSE THE FOLLOWING QUESTION TO DARGIE ALSO...AND WITHOUT WISHING TO SOUND DISRESPECTFUL NOR AM I TRYING TO SOUND LIKE A SMART ALEC BUT HERE GOES:

I am concerned that dargie's definition of recourse and non-recourse debt appeared to be totally wrong yesterday

Dargie has reminded us several times that he is an Accountant who undersatnds balance sheets much better than many who post here. Yesetrday's little discussion back-and-forth between posters who challenegd dargie on this point suggested he had got that totally wrong and of course, the implications are that it fundamentally affects the conclusions he may draw.

Dargie...did you have anything to comment in relation to that discussion regarding your undersatnding of recourse and non-recourse debt?

I repeat I am not trying to be smart, or "clever" here. I have made my share of mistakes. I am just interested in the ongoing dialogue.

    Regards

    Coop
