Feelinglucky, regradless of wether property has a soft landing and interest rates don't go any higher the same will happen. But there is not one economic cycle that has not created a situation where property has soard, and dived ans where interest rates have gone to the 15-20% levels, then stocks have gone up and crashed. Its the economic clock and it has always been this way, to prove my post wrong find a period where this has not happened. Its fairy tale to think it will not happen again.
