Has to be HSBC ... so far 25 million have been done, the own around 45 million I think ... so if they are exiting completely then another 20 mill or so to go.
The chart is saying we are at the bottom, and once HSBC are out completely, then GNM will head back to higher ground.
Patience until then, but IMO she is good buying in the 20's
