I was thinking something along the lines of this -
"Currently $250m per month in billings is being processed by businesses using technology deployed by cirralto and appstablishment"
$250m / 20,000 clients = $12500 transaction volume per client per month
x 12 = $150,000 TV per client per year
x 1.45% gives cirralto $2175 in revenue per client
x 3000 = $6.5m revenue per year
x 20% profit margin (paypal did 29% this year) gives us $1.3m in earnings
x 40 PE ratio gives fair value of $52m right now
when Cirralto has 20,000 customers it may be processing $3b per year TTV
43.5m in revenue
$8.7m in earnings
$348m MC
21c share price
at that stage cirralto will have captured 3% of the $100b dollar addressable market which they are chasing in australia.
in order for cirralto to reach 1$ it may need to capture 14% of the TAM in australia.
let me know what you guys think of this, i think this is a relatively fair assessment of company and potential. keen to hear your thoughts.
