ha, I think we already knew you could buy 15 million shares at 4.5 cents Stoneral, today just confirms that. Feels like Regal has moved its selling from 5.0 cents to 4.5 cents this week and is using COMSEC (not Citi), next week it will be at 4.0 cents and so forth, why isn't management buying on mkt, why isn't management able to find a buyer for Regal's shares.
