    MMR would have cash in bank for new asset.
    David would have no need for MMR if he got his hands on their Advent shares.
    But as part of the deal MMR get lawsuits dropped against them.
    So fresh start for MMR with no Advent no lawsuits but a few $M in bank.
    What do you think?
