This is an excellent post Fela.

"Maybe it all ends in tears" - It actually already ended in tears for many. Those who really didn't understand what " easiest, cheapest and quickest" mean. Its quite evident, those non holders once used to be impatient holders, lost a fortune and become vindictive against certain poster/s, GEV management or the company as a whole.

On the other hand there are patient holders who believes in "What if it doesn't end in tears?". Largest holders are in management, founders of CNG optimum design reside in Canada, I don't think they can be classified as WA boys. It took over 30 years and over 60m USD to design and another 25m AUD to travel the "long road it has been to get to this point".

Now look at Brazil's pre salt area (Santos and Campos basins) where the water depth is over 2000-2500m. Floating LNG is not as option because of water depth. So operators have only 2 ways to commercialize thei r gas. 1. Pipeline- which is a 10 years process to build or 2. Our way of transporting gas. Our way also gives flexibility to transport between multiple points. When GEV is chasing multiple projects, chances of ending in tears for the patient holders are very less unless they give up like many already did but still posts here to justify their decision.

I also dont care if this happens tomorrow or next year, because at the end if someone decide to commercialize their pre salt gas, they have to choose our way
