upper management were paid in stock , and were paid very little salaries as has been mentioned before.
that was the trade off . Don't know the details but that was the premise so you will see sales along the way.
that in no way says why they sell other than taking some profits along the way.
would be pretty normal behaviour.
focus on the company fundamental analysis and see what you come up with.
