There is still the small scale lng plant to consider, micro plants cost approx 15-20 million US $$$ to build, when the mou was signed there was no date given but I bet they are not sitting on thier hands waiting for the plant to build itself, pump the price as much as they can, if you ask me, we all continue to win, why anyone would be selling for pips atm beats me, never seen so much potential in all my time investing, its going to be an intersting final quarter to the year thats for sure.
