CXZ presentation mentioned that it's product has a high barrier of entry and CXZ has spent 5m to develop the product and everyone get very used to the software and that become difficult to change. I think very minimal risk that GM chooses not to renew by end of next year.
i think probably very difficult to find a suitable CEO and I think the board is looking for a CEO with resources to expend the business and find new partners via his/her network. if that happens it may be a 5-Disallowed IMO.
