    There is no way that Director's could recommend a sale of Arcadia or a takeover whilst lithium price is depressed. So imo either expect some news that provides us with the next leg up or the lithium price to lift before any further news on the U1 MOU. My guess is both of these things will happen in time like all the moons aligning. be patient and DYOR.
