The below quote from the article just adds to the speculation that Tesla will announce an all-natural graphite anode variation of their million mile battery. Speculation is that the 'economy-level' (range of ~250 miles) all-natural graphite anode battery will be produced in Giga Berlin and also Giga Texas (Austin).
