That’s why these companies aren’t raising $2-$3 million, but many times that.
A classic for this strategy is DEG.
I presume they had the results there already, it’s the carrot to entice the investors. Classic was speeding ticket, we know nothing, 2 days later cap raise and good results.
For $10m to be raised in a few hours for a company still in infancy so to speak, there is definitely a smoking gun

Very thought provoking, no person would offer 40 million without doing proper due dilligence on the company. I think you are absolutely correct with your theory, the goal is to not sell your shares for cheap ,something big is up with hole 9.
