I am with you if you are considering legal action. Just can't believe that a responsible Board would behave the way they have over the last week. They falsely led us down the garden path on Tuesday with the Capital raising. We have nothing to loose pursuing this with a legal firm willing to take it on for a percentage. The web page was misleading as pointed out before.
