Despite all the dire charting predictions by shorters of BHP, the facts remain that exporters are needing shipping to an increasing extent. BHP,RIO and other exporters are agreeing to pay more for their shipping freight because they need the cargo capacity. The Baltic Dry Index rose again, this time by 22 to 1036. Conix
