I thought the report was very upbeat about Pen.The position of Pen and sentiment to uranium have strengthened since the report,though the price of U3O8 has dropped.
The amount of work required in preparing this report would have involved some serious research.
Hitting google to your prompts does not warrent such a lofty status Nklex,people who follow this forum know the real hounddogs.
