We can make a difference but our problem is that our polies have either no vision, no appetite to create a future for our kids or beholden to fossil fuel barons or all of the above. However I think it will change when when local indistry is forced to go green by other countries who demand clean energy manufacturing or maybe by local demand. Then only then will the polies change and make it look like they are leading the charge to save the planet.
