Just rereading the "speech" I wrote. When I mean "under direct Federal control", I mean the company will only be answerable to the Federal Government.

Thinking maybe President Duterte will take a more assertive approach like Indonesia has with its miners. Perhaps also inspiring a local battery industry with its nickel like Indonesia. Oceanagold might get caught up in this if it becomes a trend with certain countries.
