The other question is how big is the facility? The previously disclosed number owed was around $169m with Caryle (?) Could be getting close to $200m with the racked up losses & funding to buy additional PDL's, that would be a decent interest bill each year.
I honestly can't see PNC being a viable investment prospect for years, other than the obvious bounce on relisting, without a significant equity injection to reduce the debt level.
