I've checked this out furhter and it turns out that the DFS will START very quickly after the PFS but that it will - of course - take its time and is expected to be ready in Q4 2021.
This makes total sense but I tell you: ALL of my fellow shareholder friend did read the message in LTR's report to mean that the concluded DFS would follow on the heels of the PSF. So it's not only me.
