everything they have reported is true. I have a close friend who worked there as a Regionsl Manager. He’s a highly competent and capable manager who was previously a GM at a large FMCG. When he was working at CWY I have never seen a grown man torn to pieces.
This story should run as long as it needs to. Bullying and strong handed behaviour should not be tolerated in our schools or our workplaces. Good on the regulators and media giving this the spotlight it deserves. It is a catalyst for change. Think, how would you feel if your child or someone you cared for was subjected to this? I’d be ropable.
