Here is point 95 from ISX's SOC. The ASX basically had stated that if ISX views the final findings to be erroneous or unwarranted, it can publish......etc etc.....

So how did you come to the conclusion that the ASX admitted that the final findings are factually incorrect, etc?
Nope, the court didn't say that at all.
