you miss the point. nothing to do with tech selloff, but the founder of the company selling 14 million shares,
and likely intending to sell millions more in future as he offloads his 30+% owning of the company.
would he sell so many if he thought the company's prospects next year were great ?
what would selling a further few million shares do for the share price ?
