    I'd say they would try to sell Don Juan to VPE (read QGC) to raise cash for further exploration before they do a cap raising, they might have a JV partner major share holder lined up?

    OR, they get taken out.

    Tui could shed some light on todays ann. Looks positive, confirmation will come with certs.
