there are the contact details for 7 employees on that site. They look like a new company so maybe the info from D&B is old? I did say that I didn't see this as a big announcement before the market opened yesterday, it probably should not have been listed as Market Sensitive.
When the big news drops then thing swill move very differently either up or down depending on how things are going.
